Wendi was incredible to work with from start to finish. Our loan was not the simplest situation, and there were several moving parts that had to come together very quickly, but she stayed on top of everything and kept working until we had a solution that met what we needed.
What I appreciated most was that she didn’t just give us a standard answer and move on. She listened to what was important to us, worked through the different options, handled changes along the way, and helped us get to the closing table on a very tight timeline. There were definitely moments when things could have become stressful or fallen apart, but Wendi was responsive, patient, and determined to get it done.
We just closed on the house and everything went smoothly. We are so grateful for the work she put in behind the scenes to make this happen. She made what could have been a complicated process feel manageable and gave us confidence that someone was truly looking out for us.
We would absolutely recommend Wendi and Ace Mortgage to anyone looking for a mortgage broker who communicates, problem-solves, and genuinely works hard for her clients. We are very thankful we had her on our side.
Wendi was absolutely amazing throughout our entire home buying process! She was incredibly attentive, responsive, and made everything move so quickly. She always kept us informed, answered every question we had, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and easy. Her communication and dedication truly exceeded our expectations. We are so grateful for all of her hard work and would highly recommend Wendi to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and caring mortgage professional. Thank you for helping make our dream of homeownership a reality!
