As of July 9, 2009 rates are as follows:

Conforming rates

• 30 year 4.875 %
• 15 year 4.500 %

FHA rates

• 30 year 5.25%
• 15 year 4.75%

Jumbo rates above $417,000

• 30 year 5.75%
