We offer competitive rates for our loan programs. If you don't see a rate you're looking for, you can use our Rate Tracker service to request that we notify you when rates reach a certain level.

As of August 8, 2011 rates are as follows:

Conforming rates

• 30 year 4.125% APR
• 15 year 3.50% APR
• 10 year 3.250% APR
• 3/1 ARM 2.75% APR

FHA rates

• 30 year 3.875% APR
• 15 year 3.25% APR - up to 90% loan with no monthly mortgage insurance

Jumbo rates above $417,000

• 30 year 4.75%  APR
• 15 year 4.25% APR
